Pierogi casserole



1 lb. elbow macaroni          1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 cups mashed potatoes     1 to 1 1/2 Cups Onions, fried in margarine or butter

Layer in pan or casserole dish; Noodles, mashed potatoes, Velveeta cheese, and fried onions.
Continue until ingredients are gone. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
